About PCS 1x
To address the challenges faced by the Indian port community, Portall deployed PCS 1x in 2018, commissioned by Indian Port Association (IPA) under ministry of Port, Shipping and Waterways, as Government Of India’s initiatives to promote digital eco system and ease of doing business.
Portall’s PCS is a next generation, cloud based digital platform designed to streamline and automate operations across ports by enabling real-time data exchange between public and private stakeholders involved in maritime logistics. The system integrates seamlessly with customs, Directorate General of Shipping, banks and other key agencies, providing a digital interface for vessel and cargo clearance, e-DO, e-Invoicing, berth management and more.
By digitizing and standardizing processes, PCS 1x plays a pivotal role in reducing paperwork, accelerating turnaround time, and improving transparency across Indian ports.
